Bihar Election 2025: The political landscape of Patna has once again heated up. On Wednesday, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav convened a lengthy meeting with party MLAs, MPs, candidates who lost in the previous election, and office-bearers at his official residence. The meeting, which lasted for approximately two hours, conveyed crucial messages regarding the upcoming elections. Tejashwi made it clear that tickets will now be awarded strictly based on surveys. There is no need for anyone to lobby.

MLAs Instructed to Remain Active in Their Constituencies

In the meeting, Tejashwi sent a stern message to the MLAs, directing them to stay active in their respective constituencies and engage with the public as much as possible. MLAs exhibiting weak performance were warned and instructed to immediately increase their activity. The party has made it clear that public connect will determine ticket allocation and future prospects.

Tejashwi's Clear Message on Tickets

Tejashwi Yadav stated that the party has completed its survey work, and tickets will be decided based on those findings. Even if someone does not receive a ticket, there is no need to be disheartened. Such leaders will be accommodated with other opportunities and responsibilities. He believes that in alliance politics, it is essential to include everyone.

A 60-Day Target and Confidence in Forming a Government

Tejashwi urged party leaders in the meeting to give him 60 days, and in return, he would demonstrate the formation of a government. During this period, leaders were tasked with connecting with the public, listening to their problems, and familiarizing them with the party's vision. He warned that if party officials falter in their duties, their removal is certain.

Special Focus on Voter Lists

Tejashwi advised leaders to meticulously review the voter lists. He emphasized ensuring that the names of all eligible individuals are included and that any fraudulent names are removed. He also assigned the responsibility of getting the names of family members, relatives, neighbors, and other eligible individuals added to the voter list. Special attention was also requested for the Scheduled Castes and impoverished communities.

Tejashwi Attacks BJP and the Government

On this occasion, Tejashwi Yadav also launched a sharp attack on the BJP and the Bihar government. He alleged that the BJP is conspiring to weaken socialist ideology and promote communal politics. Describing Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as an object of pity, he stated that he no longer has any political agenda in Bihar and that the BJP is exploiting his weakness.

Accusation of Copying Manifestos

Tejashwi asserted that the current government lacks vision. He claimed that this government is merely imitating RJD's manifestos and is incapable of formulating any concrete plans of its own. He urged party leaders to go to the public, expose the government's failures, and communicate RJD's policies.

Emphasis on Employment to Curb Migration

During the meeting, Tejashwi Yadav also addressed the issue of migration. He stated that the continuous migration of youth from Bihar is a significant challenge. To curb this, he emphasized the need to increase employment opportunities within the state. He promised that upon the formation of an RJD government, special attention would be given to employment, and youth would find opportunities within their own state.
