WB NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Result: The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has declared the Round 1 allotment result for WB NEET UG 2025 today, August 23, 2025. This result is for candidates who registered for the first round of counseling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. Candidates can visit the official website wbmcc.nic.in to check their allotted college name and seat information.
In the first round result, candidates have been allotted colleges based on their application, merit, and rank. This allotment has been done entirely on the basis of merit. To view the result, candidates will need their NEET UG roll number and password.
How to Check WB NEET UG Round 1 Allotment Result
The process to check the allotment result is quite simple. Candidates can follow these steps:
- First, visit the official website wbmcc.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the "WB NEET 2025 Seat Allotment Result" link.
- Enter your NEET UG roll number and password on the login page.
- The result will open on your screen as soon as you log in.
- After viewing the result, be sure to print it out, as it may be required as a necessary document at the time of admission to the college.
- Candidates are advised to report to the college as soon as possible after checking the result, so that the admission process can be completed on time.
Post-Allotment Procedure: Reporting at the College
After WB NEET UG Round 1, candidates will now have to go to their allotted college to complete the admission process. The college reporting date will start from August 23, 2025 and will continue till August 26, 2025.
Candidates can visit the college from 10 am to 4 pm to submit their fees and ensure their admission. Only after submitting the fees will the candidate's name be confirmed in the college and they will be formally admitted for the upcoming academic session.
Information for Registration for the Second Round
Candidates who were not successful in the first round or whose name did not appear in the result can participate in the second round of counseling. The registration process for WB NEET UG Round 2 will start from August 27 and will continue till August 29, 2025.
Candidates applying in the second round will also have to fill their choices at the stipulated time and report to the college immediately after the college allotment. This will confirm their seat and they will be ready for the academic session 2025-26.
Important Notes for Candidates
- Candidates are advised to keep a print out of the result after downloading it.
- Bring all the necessary documents like NEET UG Admit Card, Rank Card, print of registration and identity card with you at the time of reporting to the college.
- Complete the fee submission process on time to avoid any kind of problem.
- If a candidate has not been successful in the first round, then he/she should register for Round 2 on time.
