Press Conference at Sadaqat Ashram

A Congress press conference was held at Sadaqat Ashram in Patna on Friday. Bihar Congress President Rajesh Kumar, state in-charge Sushil Pasi, former state president Madan Mohan Jha, and several other senior leaders were present. Information regarding Rahul Gandhi's Bihar visit was also shared.

'BJP is pursuing anti-constitutional politics'

Shakil Ahmad Khan alleged that the BJP is working to undermine the country's social fabric. He stated that the BJP is plotting to weaken the rights granted by the Constitution, particularly those of minorities.

BJP cornered on Wakf Amendment Bill

Dr. Shakil Ahmad stated that Wakf refers to donated land, but the BJP is using it for political gain. He demanded that the NDA's allies in Bihar, the JDU and BJP, clarify their stance on the Wakf Amendment Bill.

'Congress embraces inclusivity'

Bihar Congress President Rajesh Kumar said the BJP's agenda is to spread hatred in society, while the Congress has always believed in inclusivity. He appealed to the media to act as the fourth pillar of democracy and expose the BJP's divisive policies.

Rahul Gandhi's Bihar visit

Rajesh Kumar announced that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will visit Bihar on April 7th. He will address a special event at the Shri Krishna Memorial Hall. Additionally, the Congress has launched the 'Har Ghar Congress Ka Jhanda' campaign, under which party workers will directly engage with the public.
