Premanand Maharaj's Foot Pilgrimage Postponed from March 10th to 14th
Premanand Maharaj: Saint Premanand Maharaj, residing at Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram in Vrindavan, Mathura, attracts a large crowd of devotees daily. Thousands of devotees travel from far and wide to catch a glimpse of him. Maharajji embarks on a nightly foot pilgrimage at 2:00 AM, drawing massive crowds. However, his devotees will face disappointment this Holi as his regular pilgrimage has been temporarily suspended.
Pilgrimage Cancelled from March 10th to 14th
Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Sanstha officially announced that Premanand Maharaj will not undertake his nightly pilgrimage from March 10th to 14th. During this period, devotees will be unable to have his darshan (divine vision). The Sanstha made this decision considering the expected large crowds in Vrindavan during Holi and Maharajji's health.
Special Appeal to Devotees
The Sanstha has requested devotees not to visit Vrindavan during these four days as they will be unable to see Premanand Maharaj. The official statement reads, "Considering the auspicious festival of Holi and the well-being of the revered Maharajji, the nightly pilgrimage commencing at 2:00 AM is postponed from March 10th to 14th. We request all devotees not to visit Vrindavan during these days."
Large Crowds Expected in Vrindavan During Holi
Holi is celebrated with great fervor in Vrindavan. Lakhs of devotees from India and abroad arrive to enjoy the festival. Considering the anticipated large crowds, the administration has implemented stringent security measures. Therefore, the decision by Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Sanstha to postpone Premanand Maharaj's pilgrimage for a few days has left his devotees disappointed.
