Her outstanding performance in the recently concluded three-match ODI series against the West Indies propelled her up the rankings, firmly establishing her among the world's top women batters.

Amy Jones's rise is not only great news for England but also indirectly benefits Indian players. Indian batter Smriti Mandhana successfully maintained her b ranking position, while all-rounder Deepti Sharma also experienced a significant jump.

The 31-year-old Amy Jones scored a magnificent century in the first match of the series against the West Indies, reaching seventh place in the ICC rankings. Following this, she played a blistering innings of 129 runs off 98 balls in the second ODI, propelling her to fourth position.
