The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has implemented a new darshan (viewing) schedule for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, effective from October 23, 2025. This change has been made keeping the winter season in mind, to provide better facilities for devotees.
New Darshan Schedule:
Mangala Aarti: 4:30 AM
Shringar Aarti: 6:30 AM
Darshan Timings: 7:00 AM to 9:15 PM
Midday Closure: 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM
Shayan Aarti: 9:30 PM
Previously, darshan timings were from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM, but this has now been reduced by approximately 45 minutes. Entry at night will only be permitted until 9:00 PM, and for Shayan Aarti, devotees will be granted entry 15 minutes before the Aarti begins.
Travel Suggestions:
Online Darshan Pass: Slots for online darshan passes become available on the website at 12:00 AM (midnight). Pass holders get the opportunity for darshan through a special queue, which saves time.
Special Route: Wheelchair facilities are available for senior citizens, and one person is permitted to accompany them. This makes darshan easier.
Darshan Duration: Darshan may take approximately 2.5 to 4 hours, especially on busy days like Sundays.
