The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) conducted the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Exam. Successful Candidates in the Written Exam will Qualify for the Physical Test
After the declaration of the written examination result, candidates who obtain the prescribed cut-off marks will be considered qualified for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Following this, Document Verification and Medical Tests will be conducted. Candidates successful in all stages will be included in the final merit list.
Recruitment Details and Distribution of Posts
Through this recruitment, a total of 19838 posts will be filled. Out of these, 6717 posts are reserved for female candidates. The category-wise distribution of posts is as follows: 7935 posts for the General category, 1983 posts for the Economically Weaker Section, 3174 posts for the Scheduled Caste, and 199 posts for the Scheduled Tribe. In addition, 3571 posts are reserved for the Extremely Backward Class, 53 posts for transgender candidates, 595 posts for women of the Backward Class, and 397 posts for dependents of freedom fighters.
