Chandrika Dixit, popularly known on social media as ‘Vada Pav Girl’ and recently seen on Bigg Boss OTT 3, has shared six photographs on Instagram in which she appears dressed in red bridal attire alongside an unidentified man.
The images show Dixit wearing a traditional red bridal outfit, while the man accompanying her is seen in a sherwani with a sword in a Rajput-style appearance. The identity of the man has not been disclosed. Dixit captioned the post with a single word, “Finally.”
The post has led to online speculation regarding whether the photographs indicate a wedding. However, no official confirmation has been provided by Dixit regarding a marriage. In the images, customary wedding markers such as sindoor or a mangalsutra are not visible, leading to further uncertainty over whether the visuals depict an actual ceremony or a staged photoshoot.
The Instagram post prompted a wide range of responses from users, including congratulatory messages as well as questions regarding Dixit’s marital status and personal circumstances. Several users also raised queries related to her earlier statements about her husband and family.
Dixit has a son named Rudra, who had earlier appeared frequently in her social media content. In recent weeks, she has not shared posts featuring him. During her participation in Bigg Boss OTT 3, Dixit had stated that her family members were watching the show and that she was mindful of their sentiments.
Prior to sharing the bridal photographs, Dixit posted a video on 8 February in which she proposed to the same unidentified man and expressed that she had fallen in love, including verbally saying “I love you.” The two have previously appeared together in multiple videos and reels shared on her social media accounts.
Dixit had earlier been in the news after alleging that her husband, Yugam Gera, was involved in an extra-marital relationship. She had shared screenshots of alleged chats on social media to support her claim. In response, Gera stated publicly that while Dixit was free to go out with anyone, he would not grant her access to their shop.
Following this, Dixit responded publicly with remarks directed at her husband, stating that she no longer wanted either him or access to the shop, and made comments about his background and livelihood. The dispute between the two subsequently escalated in the public domain.
