Chhattisgarh's Chief Minister, Vishnudev Sai, on Saturday, inspired officials and public representatives to achieve the goal of a 'Developed Chhattisgarh' during a crucial review meeting in Dhamtari.

Chhattisgarh: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai reiterated his commitment to the overall development of the state during a review meeting held in Dhamtari on Saturday, May 31st, emphasizing the mantra of 'Developed Chhattisgarh'. He stated that the vision document prepared for 'Developed Chhattisgarh' serves as a clear roadmap, outlining development goals and guidelines.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to implement this vision with complete dedication, responsibility, and commitment, bringing the state to new heights of development through effective implementation of plans. During this meeting, he also reviewed the progress of various schemes in Raipur and Dhamtari districts.

Developed Chhattisgarh: One Direction, One Goal

Chief Minister Sai explicitly stated that 'Developed Chhattisgarh' is not merely a slogan but a concrete roadmap, a planned journey towards strengthening the state's social, economic, and infrastructural foundations. He urged officials to adopt a results-oriented approach, moving beyond mere planning to achieve this vision.

He emphasized the collective responsibility to uphold public trust by providing good governance, transparency, and facilities. The targets set by the state government can only be achieved with rapid progress at the grassroots level.

Lessons from Sushasan Tihar – Continuous Problem Solving

The Chief Minister highlighted the recently concluded 'Sushasan Tihar' as a significant milestone in administrative awareness. He stated that this program served as a platform for direct dialogue with the public and urged its continuation. He instructed officials to prioritize public issues, emphasizing zero tolerance for negligence, especially in revenue matters.

Delays or errors in revenue-related matters burden the common people. The Chief Minister also urged officials to conduct self-assessments to prevent the repetition of mistakes.

Chhattisgarh's Progress Towards Digital Administration

The Chief Minister stressed digital governance and time management during the meeting. He stated, "Our endeavor should be to make administrative tasks transparent, faster, and accessible to the public through technology. If officials remain active at the Tehsil level, the number of pending cases will automatically decrease."

He instructed all officials, from Tehsildar to district level, to remain sensitive towards the general public and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Effective Monitoring of Flagship Schemes is Essential

Speaking on state and central government flagship schemes, Chief Minister Sai emphasized that the benefits of schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), and Jal Jeevan Mission should reach the last mile. He also mentioned that Chhattisgarh secured second rank nationally for the effective implementation of PMFBY, a matter of pride for the state. He urged officials to ensure that project reporting goes beyond paperwork and its impact is visible in every village.

Prioritizing Education, Health, and Agriculture

Chief Minister Sai stated that improving the quality of education is the government's top priority. He praised the education model of Dantewada and urged officials that similar improvements are possible in districts like Dhamtari and Raipur with b will and focused efforts. He directed continuous monitoring and ensured resource availability to improve healthcare services. He also emphasized agriculture, stating that it is the soul of Chhattisgarh, and connecting farmers with new technologies is the need of the hour.
