Applications for admission to government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Delhi under Delhi ITI Admission 2026 will open on June 8. Eligible candidates will be able to register online and apply for admission to various technical and vocational trades through a fully online process.
The Department of Training and Technical Education, Government of Delhi, is commencing the ITI admission process for the academic session 2026. Interested candidates can submit online applications from June 8 through the official portal. The admission process will be conducted entirely in digital mode, enabling students to complete registration and admission-related formalities online.
Every year, thousands of students enroll in various technical and skill-based courses offered by government ITIs in Delhi. Admissions for a large number of seats will also be conducted this year.
Candidates will have the opportunity to choose from a range of trades based on their interests and career objectives. Available trades include Beauty and Wellness, Apparel, Automotive, Capital Goods and Manufacturing, Construction, Electronics and Hardware, Food Industry, Tourism and Hospitality, Health Care, IT and ITES, Media and Entertainment, Office Administration and Facility Management, Plumbing, and Power Sector-related courses.
These programmes are intended to provide employment-oriented training, enabling students to seek jobs in industries or start their own businesses after completing training.
The Delhi ITI admission process will be conducted in several stages. Candidates must first complete online registration. This will be followed by merit or rank generation, during which students will be given an opportunity to raise objections. Counselling will then be conducted, and admissions will be completed based on seat allotment.
Candidates have been advised to fill in all application details accurately to avoid any issues at later stages of the admission process.
Students will be required to submit several documents during the admission process. These include the seat allotment letter, provisional admission slip, all original academic certificates, self-attested photocopies, medical fitness certificate, anti-ragging undertaking, character certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photographs, and a copy of the passbook or cancelled cheque of a bank account linked to Aadhaar.
