Mahindra Bolero Neo 2025: Mahindra is all set to launch the 2025 facelift version of its popular SUV, the Bolero Neo, in the Indian market soon. Spotted during testing, this car will sport a new front grille, alloy wheels, and an updated design. The cabin will be equipped with premium features like a larger 10.2-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto-Apple CarPlay, ventilated seats, and push-button start. The engine will be the same 1.5-liter turbo diesel, producing 100 bhp and 260 Nm of torque, but an automatic (AMT) gearbox option may be added. This car will be ready to compete with compact SUVs like the Hyundai Venue and Tata Nexon.

Robust Look with New Design

The design of the new Bolero Neo will retain its signature SUV style from before. It will feature an upright stance, stylish headlamps, a fog light assembly, and a tailgate-mounted spare wheel. This time, the company has made slight changes to the grille, incorporating more slats. Additionally, newly designed alloy wheels will lend it a more premium look. However, there are no changes to the size of the alloys or the tire profile. At the rear, the design of the high-mounted stop lamp and rear taillamps will remain similar to the current model.

New Features in the Cabin

Speaking of the interior, several modern features will be added to the new Bolero Neo. It will get a large 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Furthermore, features like ventilated seats, automatic climate control, a wireless charging pad, and keyless entry with push-button start will also be included.

This time, the company has also made minor changes to the cabin's finishing and layout, making the car's interior feel more premium and comfortable than before.

Engine and Performance

There are no major changes to the engine in the new Bolero Neo. It will continue to use the 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder mHawk 100 turbo diesel engine. This engine will generate 100 bhp of power and 260 Nm of torque. The car will come with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

However, considering the demand for automatic variants this time, the company might offer an AMT gearbox option. The vehicle will be available only in rear-wheel drive system and 4X2 configuration.

Price and Variants

Currently, the Mahindra Bolero Neo is priced from Rs 9.97 lakh to Rs 12.18 lakh. It is expected that the price of the facelift version will be within this range or slightly higher. Differences in prices will be observed depending on the variant and location.

Next Generation Model Coming in 2026

Mahindra & Mahindra has also clarified that the next-generation model of the Bolero will be launched in 2026. This model will be based on the company's new NU_IQ platform, which was unveiled on August 15, 2025. Significant changes will be seen in the design, interior, and features of the new generation Bolero. Along with this, the Bolero EV will also be launched in the market in 2026.
