Djokovic informed his fans via social media that he would not be able to participate in the tournament due to a foot injury. This injury was recently experienced during the Shanghai Masters and the Six Kings Slam.
The 38-year-old Djokovic consistently performed exceptionally well in Grand Slam tournaments this season, reaching the semifinals of the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open. However, between May and September, he participated in only three Grand Slams, limiting his presence in competitions.
Reason for Withdrawal from the Tournament
Djokovic recently had to withdraw from a friendly tournament due to a foot issue. Considering the physical injury and the pressure of continuous competitions, the Serbian star decided not to participate in the Paris Masters this time. According to him, fully recovering from this injury and performing better in upcoming tournaments is his priority.
