Pratapgarh's history-sheeter and cannabis trafficker, Loha Yadav, is once again in the news. The High Court has ordered his detention for another year. Previously, Loha Yadav was arrested this April with 61 kg of cannabis. More than 20 cases are registered against him in districts like Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, and Ghazipur. He has been jailed multiple times for drug trafficking. Now, an order has been issued to detain him for one year under the PITNDPS Act.

According to Superintendent of Police Deepak Bhukar, Loha Yadav is a resident of Laveda village and operates a drug trafficking syndicate. He was arrested with 61 kg of cannabis by Delhupur Police and Lucknow's Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF). Considering his criminal activities, the administration had requested his detention, which the High Court accepted.

This action will help the police in dismantling the drug trafficking racket.

He has been jailed multiple times for drug trafficking.
