Minister Calls Naresh Meena's Protest Cheap Popularity

In Jaipur, Naresh Meena has been staging a protest at Shaheed Smarak for 5 days, demanding compensation of one crore rupees for each victim of the Jhalawar school accident. This protest has stirred political circles.

Law Minister Jogeram Patel said that when the government has already fulfilled all demands and the Disaster Relief Minister himself has met the victims and provided relief, then politicizing the issues is merely an attempt to gain cheap popularity.

What the Minister Said on Congress's Signature Campaign

Speaking to the media, Minister Jogeram Patel said that the Congress's signature campaign will not have any impact on the public. The public understands right from wrong, and Congress is merely spreading confusion.

He added that such allegations expose Congress's modus operandi, character, and political face. Patel also mentioned that the Speaker of the Assembly has already expressed his opinion on the matter.

Government Has Undertaken Relief Work

Patel stated that the government has taken all necessary steps for the victims. The Disaster Relief Minister personally met the victims and provided them with financial assistance and relief.

The government is also ensuring that security and monitoring measures are strengthened to prevent such incidents in the future. The minister said that the politics of issues should now be limited to cheap popularity.
