A significant update has emerged regarding the RRB NTPC (National Technical Professional Qualification) Undergraduate Level Recruitment Examination. Millions of candidates aspiring to participate in this exam are receiving encouraging news: the RRB NTPC UG Admit Card 2025 may be released today, June 26th. The exam date has already been finalized and will be held between June 29th and July 21st, 2025.

Exam Date and Shift Details

The RRB NTPC UG CBT-1 (Computer Based Test-1) exam will be conducted from June 29th to July 21st, 2025. The exam will be held in three shifts daily. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the second shift from 12:45 PM to 2:15 PM, and the third shift from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

How to Download the Admit Card

Downloading the RRB NTPC UG Admit Card is a straightforward process. Candidates can easily obtain their hall ticket by following the steps below:

  • Click on the “Admit Card for NTPC UG CBT-1 2025” link provided on the homepage.
  • Now, you will need to enter your registration number and password or date of birth on the new page that opens.
  • After logging in, the admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the admit card and print a copy.

What Will Be Included in the Admit Card

The admit card will include the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, exam date, exam shift, center name and address, photo, signature, and other necessary instructions.

Admission to the exam center will be without a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.) unless the admit card is presented. It is therefore essential to carry a valid photo ID proof with you to the exam center.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

CBT-1, or Computer Based Test-1, is the first stage of the RRB NTPC UG recruitment process. This exam will consist of a total of 100 multiple-choice questions. The distribution of questions by subject will be as follows:

  • General Awareness: 40 questions
  • Mathematics: 30 questions
  • General Intelligence & Reasoning: 30 questions

Candidates will have a total of 90 minutes to solve the exam. PwD (Persons with Disability) candidates will be given 120 minutes.

Also Keep in Mind Negative Marking

There is a negative marking provision in the RRB NTPC CBT-1 exam. 1/3 of a mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Therefore, avoid answering without complete information. This strategy can help you achieve a better score.
