Number of Recruitments per Post

Graduate level posts include Station Master, Chief Commercial and Ticket Supervisor, Goods Train Manager, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Clerk cum Typist. At the undergraduate level, recruitments were made for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Train Clerk positions. Millions of candidates participated in the examination this time, and discussions about the cutoff have begun. Minimum Qualifying Marks and CBT-2

This time, the Railways has clarified the minimum qualifying marks. For General and EWS category candidates, 40 percent marks are required, for OBC and SC categories, 30 percent, and for ST candidates, 25 percent marks are necessary. Candidates successful in CBT-1 should begin preparing for the CBT-2 examination, which will be held on October 13, 2025. CBT-2 will consist of a total of 120 questions, and candidates will be allotted 90 minutes. Questions will be asked from General Awareness, Mathematics, and Reasoning.
