Ruchi claims that Karan presented himself as the producer of a Hindi television show and said that the show would soon be broadcast on Sony TV. He offered Ruchi the opportunity to become a co-producer in the show and sent project-related documents via WhatsApp.
Ruchi further stated that despite contacting him multiple times, Karan neither started the project nor returned her money.
