According to reports, Suhana has purchased land worth crores in Thal village of Alibaug without proper permission. A complaint has been filed in this matter, and the district administration is conducting an investigation.
Suhana Bought Farmers' Land
Suhana Khan has purchased land worth Rs 12.91 crore in Thal village. This land was originally allocated by the government to the farmers of the village for agricultural purposes. According to reports, Suhana bought this land from three sisters – Anjali, Rekha, and Priya, who inherited the property from their parents. Officials are investigating whether the sale of this land adhered to the rules.
Notably, in the registered land documents, Suhana Khan is depicted as a farmer. Furthermore, the registered name for the land is Déjà Vu Farm Private Limited, whose owners are Gauri Khan's mother and sister-in-law. Suhana also paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh at the time of purchasing the land. However, the administration has sought an impartial report from the Alibaug Tehsildar, and Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh has issued investigation orders, considering the seriousness of the matter.
Another Property Also Purchased in Alibaug
This is not Suhana's first property purchase in Alibaug. According to reports, she has bought a property worth approximately Rs 10 crore on the Alibaug beach for the second time within a year. The administration is keeping a close watch on this, and an investigation is underway to ascertain if there are any legal discrepancies in the purchase process of these properties.
On the work front, Suhana Khan made her acting debut with 'The Archies'. The film was released on Netflix and received good reviews. Suhana is now set to make her theatrical debut with her father, Shah Rukh Khan, in the film 'King'. The shooting for this film is currently underway, and it will be released on the big screen.
