Sultanpur: A heartbreaking incident involving a woman out for her morning walk on Sunday morning has raised serious questions about the city's security. Sheela Tiwari (husband Rajesh Kumar), a resident of Bhikhadas ka Purwa in Sultanpur's Dehli-Chowki area, had gone for a walk around 5 AM. After walking approximately 500 meters from her home, she was confronted by two miscreants on a motorcycle.

The miscreants first attempted to snatch the gold chain from her neck. When the woman resisted, the second miscreant pushed her to the ground and covered her mouth. Following this, the thieves forced her to remove her jewelry, including anklets, a ring, and earrings, before fleeing the scene.

The incident has been reported to the police. Dehli Bazar police outpost in-charge Rakesh Ojha stated that a complaint has been received, and a team is actively searching for the culprits.

This incident has not only become a cause for concern for the victim and her family but has also intensified the growing sense of insecurity among local residents.
