Ukraine Claims Control of Kharkiv Military Outpost Using Unmanned Drones and Ground Robots

Ukraine has claimed to have taken control of a military outpost near Kharkiv using unmanned drones and ground robots, with no direct involvement of soldiers in the operation. The action was conducted entirely through unmanned technology.

In the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia, Ukraine said it secured control of a military outpost near Kharkiv using unmanned aerial drones and ground-based robots. According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the operation lasted several hours and involved a coordinated use of aerial and ground systems. Surveillance, attacks, and control of the area were executed entirely through technology with the objective of achieving a strategic advantage with minimal losses.

In the operation near Kharkiv, ground-based unmanned systems were deployed first and advanced directly towards a Russian bunker. This was followed by the entry of multiple automated systems into the area, which gradually established control over the position.

According to reports, no infantry or ground troops were required during the operation. The mission continued for several hours, leading to the gradual takeover of the area, resulting in the Russian side withdrawing.

Both aerial and ground drones were used during the operation. Some drones continuously transmitted live battlefield feeds, while others dropped explosives as part of the attack. This enabled precise execution of the mission.

Despite difficult geographical conditions, the systems continued advancing and completed the operation. The technology-driven strategy reflects a shift in warfare methods, with machines directly engaging on the front lines.

Although machines operated on the battlefield, the entire mission was conducted under human supervision. A central team remotely controlled the drones and robots and made decisions based on real-time data.

The mission was preceded by detailed planning, including repeated rehearsals of drone routes and operational movements. The objective was to ensure that technical issues or signal overlap did not disrupt the operation.
