Akshay Kumar's star-studded comedy film, Housefull 5, entertained audiences for a month, and its earnings also marked a tremendous success.
Housefull 5 Collection Day 29: Bollywood's Khiladi, Akshay Kumar, has once again proven that when it comes to comedy, he is unmatched. Sajid Nadiadwala's multi-starrer film, Housefull 5, maintained a b hold at the box office even on its 29th day, earning approximately 10 lakh rupees. Thus, the film's total domestic collection reached 197.78 crore rupees, a noteworthy achievement for any comedy franchise.
Released in early June, Housefull 5 received immense love from the audience. Interestingly, to surprise the audience this time, the makers released the film in theaters with two different climaxes. Presenting two different climaxes in the same story was a new experiment in Hindi cinema, which the audience also appreciated.
Two Climaxes, Double Entertainment
These versions, released as Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B, had a major 15-minute change, in which the name of the killer was changed. This twist increased the audience's curiosity, and this is why people were seen buying tickets to watch both versions. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film featured a host of stars like Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Nana Patekar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Dutt, and Jackie Shroff. This murder mystery-comedy with more than 17 heroes revived the spark of multi-star films.
Broke Old Records at the Box Office
Housefull 5, with its शानदार performance, surpassed films like Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, Mohanlal's L2 Empuraan, and Aamir Khan's Sitare Zameen Par. Furthermore, the film earned well against Brad Pitt's F1 and waved the flag of Akshay Kumar's stardom. Although the film's lifetime collection couldn't reach 200 crore, it proved to be more than Akshay Kumar's previous superhit, Sooryavanshi (195 crore).

The film's music was also a hit with the audience. People were seen swaying in the theaters on songs like Pagalpanti Wala Pyaar and Five Star Hungama.
Although the film could not cross the 200 crore mark, with earnings of 197 crore, Housefull 5 has secured its place among Bollywood's most successful comedy films. Along with this, it has also prepared the ground for Housefull 6 in the future, which the audience is already looking forward to.
