Rahul Gandhi Attacks BJP-Nitish over the Murder of Industrialist Gopal Khemka in Patna. He Called Bihar India's Crime Capital and the Government a Failure.

Gopal Khemka Murder: Following the public shooting of industrialist Gopal Khemka in Patna, a political controversy has intensified regarding law and order in Bihar. After the incident, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He called Bihar "India's Crime Capital" and declared the government a complete failure.

Rahul Gandhi's Statement

Rahul Gandhi wrote on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), "The public shooting of businessman Gopal Khemka in Patna has once again proved – that the BJP and Nitish Kumar together have made Bihar India's Crime Capital."

He further stated, "Today, Bihar is living under the shadow of looting, shootings, and murders. Crime has become the 'new normal' here, and the government has completely failed."

Appealing to the people, Rahul Gandhi wrote, "Brothers and sisters of Bihar, this injustice can no longer be tolerated. A government that cannot protect your children cannot take responsibility for your future. Every murder, every robbery, every gunshot – is a cry for change. Now is the time for a new Bihar – where there is no fear, only progress. This time, the vote is not just to change the government, but to save Bihar."

SIT Formed to Investigate the Murder
