Auction Likely to be Held in Delhi
According to sources, the WPL 2026 auction is likely to be held between November 26 or 27. Although the BCCI has not yet formally notified the franchises, teams have been unofficially informed about the potential venue. Compared to last year, this time the auction process will be relatively more organized and faster, as the league comprises only 5 teams.
Each team is permitted to include a maximum of 18 players. Even if approximately 90 players are auctioned in total, the process is expected to be completed within a single day.
