The digital rights were finalized for 75 crore rupees nearly three years ago when the film was announced. However, due to delays in release and controversies, the OTT deal price was reduced by 10 crore rupees.
Thus, the final deal was settled at 65 crore rupees. Nevertheless, combining both theater and digital rights, the film has already crossed approximately 215 crore rupees in pre-release business.
