ICAI has initiated the application process for the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation exams for September 2025. The deadline is July 18th; forms can be submitted with a late fee until July 21st.
ICAI CA September 2025: An important update has emerged for students preparing for Chartered Accountancy (CA). The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the application process for the September 2025 session exams. This includes CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation courses. Students who appeared for the May 2025 exams and were unsuccessful, or new candidates, can take advantage of this opportunity.
Application Deadline
As per the information released by ICAI, all candidates are advised to fill out their application forms online by July 18, 2025. This application can be filled out by visiting the eservices.icai.org portal.
Application with Late Fee Facility
Those students who, for any reason, are unable to apply on time, will get another chance to apply from July 19 to July 21, 2025. However, a late fee of Rs 600 will be charged for applying during this period. This facility will be available for a limited time, so it is better to fill the form in a timely manner.
Correction Window Dates
Sometimes, students make mistakes while filling in information during the application process. ICAI has also provided a correction window facility for this situation. This window will be open from July 22 to July 24, 2025. Candidates can make necessary corrections to their forms during this period.

- Log in or register a new account.
- Fill the form according to your course (Final, Intermediate, Foundation).
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee.
- Confirm the application and download the form.
Examination Fee (Category-wise)
All candidates will have to pay the prescribed examination fee according to their course and category (General, SC/ST, Overseas, etc.). No application will be considered valid without the fee.
CA September 2025 Exam Dates
ICAI has already released the datesheet for the September session exams. Separate dates have been fixed for the Final, Intermediate, and Foundation courses. See the detailed description below:

- Group 1: September 3, 6, 8, 2025
- Group 2: September 10, 12, 14, 2025
CA Intermediate Exam Dates:
- Group 1: September 4, 7, 9, 2025
- Group 2: September 11, 13, 15, 2025
CA Foundation Exam Dates:
- September 16, 18, 20, 22, 2025
When will the Admit Cards be Released?
Admit cards will be released by ICAI a few days before the examination. These will also be available on the official ICAI website. All candidates are advised to download the admit cards before the exam date and follow the instructions given in them.
Increased Activity After ICAI May 2025 Result
ICAI recently released the results of the May 2025 exams. Students who could not succeed in this exam or new students who want to appear for the upcoming exam can apply for the September session. This is another opportunity to prove themselves.
