Jofra Archer Wants to Wreak Havoc Against India Again
Jofra Archer said, "I want to play the last two Tests against India. I know that returning to Test cricket isn't easy, but my focus is currently on this series. If the management trusts me, I can play both matches. I don't want England to lose this series. We came here to win, and I want to contribute to that."
Regarding his comeback, Archer said, "I focused more on ODIs and T20s in the last two years because it's a bit difficult to find fitness and rhythm in Test cricket. But now I've found my rhythm. The team has learned to play aggressive cricket under the coaching of Brendon McCullum and Ben Stokes, and I want to play with that same mindset."
Plans Made for Ashes 2025 as Well
Jofra Archer has also made it clear that his sights are not limited to just the series against India. He said, “My next big effort will be to be on that plane when the England team leaves for Australia for the Ashes in November. I have worked hard on both my fitness and form, and now no injury can stop me.”
