Exam Date and Schedule

Admit Card Release Date: November 10, 2025
- Paper 1 (Class 1 to 5): From 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Paper 2 (Class 6 to 8): From 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Both papers will be conducted in separate sessions, and candidates must adhere to the timings and examination center specified on their admit cards.
MAHA TET 2025: Who Can Apply
- Paper 1 (Teachers for Class 1 to 5): Candidates must possess qualifications in relevant courses such as D.El.Ed or B.Ed.
- Paper 2 (Teachers for Class 6 to 8): Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The MAHA TET 2025 examination will be conducted at two levels.
- Paper 1 (Class 1 to 5): This will include questions related to Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
- Paper 2 (Class 6 to 8): This will consist of questions related to Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, and Mathematics/Science or Social Science.
Each paper will have a total of 150 questions, and the time limit will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. All questions will be multiple-choice (MCQ), and each question will carry 1 mark.
