Rajasthan Youths Embark on Pan-India Bicycle Journey for 'Gau Mata' National Status

Two youths from Bhilwara district of Rajasthan have embarked on a pan-India bicycle journey with the resolve to get 'Gau Mata' (Mother Cow) the status of 'Rashtra Mata' (Mother of the Nation). This journey will cover the 12 Jyotirlingas, Char Dham, and Pashupatinath Temple in Nepal.

Bhilwara: Two youths from Khamore village in the Shahpura region of Rajasthan's Bhilwara district — Kishan Gurjar and Rahul Prajapat — have embarked on a pan-India bicycle journey with the resolve to secure 'Gau Mata' (Mother Cow) the status of 'Rashtra Mata' (Mother of the Nation). This journey by these youths has become a symbol of faith, courage, and cultural awareness. They will visit the country's 12 Jyotirlingas and Char Dhams, spreading the message of cow protection to the masses.

Youths Showed Remarkable Faith in Cow Service

On Monday, the journey commenced from the Trimurti Memorial complex in Shahpura, where hundreds of cow devotees and local citizens accorded a grand welcome to both youths. On this occasion, people described their courage and dedication as a living example of Indian culture. Kishan and Rahul's journey is not just a religious pilgrimage, but a mission — a resolve to secure national honor for Gau Mata.

The two youths stated that Gau Mata is the foundation of the Indian philosophy of life, and her protection should be the moral duty of every citizen. Through this journey, they aim to convey the message that the cow is not merely a religious symbol, but is intrinsically linked to agriculture, the environment, and the very existence of humanity.

Pilgrimage by Bicycle for 18 Months

Kishan and Rahul have decided that they will not use any vehicle for the journey, but will complete the entire pilgrimage by bicycle. During this journey, which will last approximately 18 months, they will visit major pilgrimage sites including the 12 Jyotirlingas, Char Dhams, and Pashupatinath Temple in Nepal. The journey will commence from Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, followed by visits to sacred places like Ujjain, Somnath, Rameshwaram, Jagannath Puri, Kashi Vishwanath, and Badrinath.

The two youths informed that along the way, they will stay in temples, gaushalas (cow shelters), and dharamshalas (rest houses for pilgrims). At every stop, they will interact with local people and spread the message of cow protection. They believe that this journey will not only be spiritual but also a means of social awareness.

Goal to Grant Gau Mata the Status of Mother of the Nation

Kishan and Rahul's primary objective is for the Government of India to grant 'Gau Mata' the status of 'Rashtra Mata'. For this, they will conduct public awareness campaigns by visiting villages. They will inform people that the cow is the backbone of the Indian economy, agriculture, and culture. The two youths also stated that during their journey, they will perform service work in gaushalas and deliver lectures on the utility of Gau Mata.

They stated that this campaign will not be limited to India alone; they also wish to take it to an international level. Therefore, they are also planning to register this journey in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Enthusiasm Rises Due to the Initiative of Cow Devotee Youths

In Shahpura and surrounding areas, discussions about these youths are widespread. People are honoring them by calling them “Pioneers of Cow Service.” Social organizations and religious institutions have lauded their journey and assured their support.

Elders of the village say that Kishan and Rahul's journey will serve as an inspiration for future generations. This is not merely a journey of two youths, but a powerful message of Indian culture, faith, and national unity. Both youths stated — “Our objective is simple: where Gau Mata is honored, there the soul of India will be strengthened.”
