Following the release of this scene, Sameer Wankhede's name has once again become a topic of discussion. Sameer has now approached the Delhi High Court regarding this matter and filed a petition against Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan.

News agency ANI reported on its official Twitter handle that Sameer Wankhede has filed a petition against Shah Rukh Khan and his wife's production house, Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited.
Sameer alleges that his image has been damaged in the web series 'The Bads of Bollywood'. He claimed that the scene shown in the series is false and misleading. Through this, an attempt has been made to harm his reputation.
The petition also includes OTT platform Netflix and other concerned parties. Sameer has sought appropriate action from the court in this matter.
