SSC MTS 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to announce new examination dates for the SSC MTS Exam 2025 soon. Candidates who registered to appear for this examination are now awaiting the new exam dates and admit cards.
A total of 8,021 appointments will be made through this recruitment examination. This includes 6,810 posts for MTS and 1,211 posts for Havaldar. Candidates are advised to regularly visit SSC's official website, ssc.gov.in, to stay informed about any updates in a timely manner.
Previous Exam Schedule and Changes
The SSC MTS and Havaldar examination was originally scheduled to be held between September 20 and October 24, 2025. However, the admit cards for the examination have not been released yet, due to which the examination could not commence.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2025
This time, the SSC MTS examination will be conducted in two sessions. Both sessions will be held on the same day.
In Session 1, candidates will be asked 20 multiple-choice questions each from Numerical and Mathematical Ability, and Reasoning and Problem Solving. Marks are allotted for each question, with a total of 60 marks for each section.
In Session 2, candidates will be asked 25 questions each from General Awareness and English Language. A total of 75 marks are also allotted for each of these two subjects.
This examination will evaluate candidates' mathematical ability, reasoning power, general awareness, and English language proficiency. The exam pattern is simple and clear, enabling candidates to prepare effectively.
Admit Card Download Process
Admit cards are mandatory for appearing in the SSC MTS examination. Once the exam dates and admit cards are released, candidates can easily download their hall tickets by following the steps given below.

- Click on the "Admit Card" link available on the homepage.
- Enter your designated login credentials such as Registration Number and Password.
- After logging in, your admit card will open on the screen.
