Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Jaipur on July 17th. Currently also serving as the Union Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah will participate in the Sahakar Sammelan (Cooperation Conference) being held in Jaipur under this capacity. This event is named 'Sahakar and Rozgar Utsav' (Cooperation and Employment Festival).
New Delhi: Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah will be in Jaipur on Thursday. He will inaugurate the 'Sahakar and Rozgar Utsav' being held there. The program will take place in Dadiya village of Jaipur district, Rajasthan, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a large gathering seven months ago.
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will also be present at this important event. Amit Shah's visit aims to give a new direction to the cooperative sector in Rajasthan and to promote employment opportunities.
Sahakar and Rozgar Utsav: What's Special?
Through this program, there will be an in-depth discussion on the possibilities of employment and development in the cooperative sector. Amit Shah, in his capacity as the Minister of Cooperation, will interact with cooperative societies, institutions, and their representatives at this event. The aim of this festival is to make Rajasthan self-reliant through the cooperative model and to open new doors of opportunity for the youth. In addition, discussions will be held on the strategy of empowering cooperative institutions in the state and connecting farmers and youth with them.

Special arrangements for rain protection
Considering the weather, the administration is preparing a waterproof dome so that the program is not affected by rain. Stringent security arrangements have been made. Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph, District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni, and Principal Secretary of the Cooperation Department Manju Rajpal have themselves inspected the arrangements.
This Dadiya village has become politically significant. On December 17, 2024, PM Narendra Modi held a large gathering here to mark the completion of one year of the Bhajanlal Sharma government in Rajasthan, which was attended by lakhs of people. Now, from the same historical site, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is going to give a new message on the issues of cooperation and employment.
