A large employment fair will be organised in Biharsharif on 24 February, offering recruitment to more than 1,000 posts through a private company, with selected candidates to receive monthly salaries of up to Rs 45,000 based on qualification and position.
According to information provided by the District Employment Office, the employment fair will be held at a designated venue in Biharsharif. Eligible candidates will be selected for various departments and technical fields. A large turnout of youth is expected at the event.
The recruitment process will be fully transparent. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews and document verification. Technical qualifications will be required for certain posts, while candidates who have passed Intermediate, Graduation, and ITI will also be eligible to apply for several positions.
The starting salary will range from Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000 and may go up to Rs 45,000 depending on experience and position. The company will also provide additional benefits, including ESI, PF, and performance-based incentives.
The district administration has urged candidates to bring all necessary documents, including educational certificates, Aadhaar card, biodata, and passport-size photographs. Timely arrival and registration will be mandatory.
The district administration stated that such events will also be organised in the future to provide employment opportunities at the local level to a larger number of youth.
