Story of the film

The story of 'Kuli' is a great mix of action and emotion. The film begins with Simon Xavier (Akkineni Nagarjuna), who runs a large smuggling network. His trusted man, Dayal (Sobhin Shahir), helps him in his crime while being an undercover police officer. Simon's son Arjun becomes a customs officer and tries to stay away from his father's misdeeds.

The main character, Deva (Rajinikanth), runs a mason, where he gives students and 19 coolies a safe place to stay. There are rules in the mason – smoking and alcohol are prohibited. The twist in the story comes when Deva learns that his friend Rajasekhar (Satyaraj) has been murdered. After this, the story moves forward in the direction of revenge and justice.

Deva faces dangerous enemies to avenge the death of his friend. Meanwhile, he connects with his friend's daughter Preeti (Shruti Haasan) and the emotional bond of father and daughter is beautifully shown on the big screen. The story, the confrontation with Simon and his goons, dangerous suspense, and thriller scenes keep the audience glued to their seats.

Rajinikanth's Power-Packed Performance

The biggest attraction of the film is Thalaiva Rajinikanth's powerful action, charismatic look, and शानदार dialogues. Rajinikanth has fully entertained the audience in his character Deva. His action in the climax and the confrontation with villain Nagarjuna makes for a memorable experience for the audience. Superstar Nagarjuna has played the character of gangster Simon in the film and has added to the film with his performance.

At the same time, Bollywood veteran Aamir Khan appeared in a cameo role and impressed the audience through his character Dhaah. In the film, Sobhin Shahir has also given a great performance as a dangerous villain. Pooja Hegde won the hearts of the audience in her dance number 'Monica'.

Music and Background

The background music of the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. After hit films like 'Master', 'Vikram' and 'Leo', his music in 'Kuli' is also a blast. The audio rights are with Sun Pictures. After the first song 'Chikitu' and the second song 'Monica', the third song 'Powerhouse' was released. The background music in the action scenes of the film has made the scene even more exciting.

Lokesh Kanagaraj has directed the film in an excellent way. The mix of story, action and dialogues completely entertains the audience. The editing of the film is also great, in which the scenes have been presented in such a way that the audience can experience both thrill and excitement. Cinematographer Girish Gangadharan and editor Philomin Raj have together made the film great for the big screen.

The climax of Kuli is extremely tremendous and thrilling. Deva and Preeti together fight Simon and his goons. The film has such a mixture of action, suspense and emotion that the audience cannot get up from their seats. The fight between Rajinikanth and Nagarjuna and the entry of Aamir Khan takes the film to a different level.
