The NDA worker's meeting held at R.C. Vatika Hotel in Motihari to prepare for the rally also showcased the coalition's unity and strength. The meeting was attended by JDU's National Executive President and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Jha, Union Minister Lalan Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, MP Radha Mohan Singh, Lovely Anand, RLSP State President Madan Chaudhary, Union Minister of State Ramnath Thakur, ministers Mangal Pandey, Krishnanandan Paswan, Jivesh Mishra, and Raju Singh, along with several MLAs and NDA district presidents. Strategies for making the rally successful were discussed in detail during the meeting.

Before the rally, Dr. Dilip Jaiswal sought spiritual strength by offering prayers at the Baba Garibnath Temple (Muzaffarpur) and the Paramba Shaktipeeth Seva Trust located in Amba Nagar. He received blessings from Yogiraj Chanchal Baba, stating that he felt inspired by his spiritual energy. He expressed confidence that the rally would be historic and filled with public support through the grace of Shiva and the blessings of the saints.
