The police say that arrest warrants had already been issued, and notices to appear in court on July 14 were also delivered to both their residences, yet both remained absent.
Several Family Members in Jail
Several members of the Tomar family have already been arrested by the police for their illegal activities. These include a daughter-in-law, a nephew, a disabled member, two lawyers, and two employees, all of whom have been sent to judicial custody. Furthermore, Rohit Tomar's wife, Bhavna Tomar, was also arrested on Tuesday. Police say that Bhavna was in constant contact with her husband but concealed this information. Moreover, evidence has been found that Bhavna herself played an active role in the usury and blackmail racket.
