The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has started the registration process for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications from September 9 to September 29, 2026, while the correction window will remain open from October 7 to October 16, 2026.

Candidates applying for the UKPSC PCS examination must hold a graduation degree from a recognised institution or university in India.
The age of candidates will be calculated as of July 1, 2026. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not more than 42 years old. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be eligible for relaxation in the maximum age limit as per applicable rules.
Candidates must visit the official UKPSC website to apply online. On the homepage, candidates need to click on the “How to Apply” link and then select the “Apply Now” option.
After this, candidates must enter all the required information and upload scanned copies of the necessary documents. Once the application process is complete, candidates should submit the form and keep a printout of the application form for future reference.
