Ayodhya has seen a dispute arise over a land deal, with allegations that some individuals, using the name of the 'Ram Mandir Trust', got a landowner's property registered in their own names and swindled ₹35 lakh from them.
The victim has alleged that the accused lured him into selling the land by promising a "good price." However, they later had the land registered in the name of the Trust and refused to return the agreed-upon amount.
The enraged landowner has filed a fraud case against these individuals at Kotwali Nagar police station. The police have accepted the case and registered a First Information Report (FIR) after identifying the accused.
This incident has once again raised questions about transparency in land deals and the misuse of trust names. People are demanding strict scrutiny and accountability in land transactions to prevent such incidents from recurring.
