Union Home Minister Amit Shah held rallies in Muzaffarpur and Vaishali. He promised that if an NDA government is formed, Bihar would be freed from the problem of floods. Shah also stated that if the RJD alliance came to power, the days of crime and extortion would return. Both leaders have made development, security, and stability their main arguments.

Rahul and Tejashwi's Counterattack
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi launched sharp attacks on the central government during his rallies in Begusarai and Khagaria. He alleged that the Modi government is benefiting big industrialists while harming the rights of common people. Rahul also tried to demonstrate his grassroots connect by wading into a pond and interacting with fishermen. He stated that the public desires change and that this election is the voice of the poor and weaker sections.
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav claimed that the results would be declared on November 14 and a new government would be sworn in on November 18. He stated that his government would take strict action against criminals and focus on employment. The opposition also raised the issue of Nitish Kumar's absence from PM Modi's roadshow.
