Villagers bly protested in front of Minister Dr. Ashok Kumar Choudhary regarding the problem of bad and dilapidated roads. Seeing the anger of the public, the minister got angry from the stage itself and said in anger, 'I don't need your vote.'
Uproar during public dialogue in Kusheshwarsthan
On Friday (August 22, 2025), a public dialogue program was organized at High School Sattighat campus in Kusheshwarsthan block. During this, a large number of villagers were present. As soon as MP Shambhavi Choudhary reached the program to address, the villagers started raising slogans by holding placards in their hands. It was written on their posters – "Shambhavi go back” and “No road, no vote.
Seeing the anger of the villagers, the atmosphere heated up and Minister Ashok Choudhary got angry. "I don't need your vote” – Minister Ashok Choudhary. Seeing the increasing opposition, Minister Dr. Ashok Choudhary expressed his displeasure from the stage itself. Instructing the administrative officers, he said, take their photo and take action against them for obstructing government work.
Villagers' outrage over the dilapidated condition of the road
- Villagers say that the condition of Sattighat-Rajghat road has been very bad for years.

The villagers alleged that in every election, leaders promise to repair the road, but no concrete work has been done so far. Minister Ashok Choudhary, while clarifying from the stage, said that this road comes under the Road Construction Department. He said that the work is stuck due to departmental technical reasons, but the government will start it soon. However, the villagers did not trust his assurance and continued sloganeering.
As the opposition increased, the atmosphere became tense. Seeing the chaotic situation, the local administration and police officers had to intervene. The program was disrupted for some time.
