Investigation into Nikki's death in Greater Noida is ongoing. The police are trying to ascertain the truth based on CCTV footage, medical reports, and family statements. Several aspects related to dowry and murder have emerged.

Nikki Case: The case of Nikki's death in Greater Noida is taking new turns every day. With each new piece of evidence, the case becomes more complex. Medical reports, CCTV footage, and photographs are each telling a different story. The current question is whether this incident is related to dowry, murder, or suicide. Every new piece of information is compelling investigators to get to the bottom of the matter.

The Reality of the Photographs and the Sister's Statement

Two photographs had emerged from Greater Noida, which were causing public confusion regarding the narrative of the incident. The first photograph claimed that Nikki was being beaten by her husband Vipin and mother-in-law Daya. The second photograph showed Nikki descending stairs engulfed in flames. Based on these photographs, her sister Kanchan claimed that Nikki was first beaten and then burned alive. Kanchan also stated through her son that Vipin was responsible for setting her on fire with a lighter. However, doubts later arose about the authenticity of these photographs and statements.

Timeline of Death and Hospital Report

Nikki sustained burn injuries around 5:30 PM on August 21. Half an hour later, she was brought to Fortis Hospital. Besides her, her mother-in-law Daya, father-in-law Satbir, and a neighbor Devendra were present in the car. Upon reaching the hospital, Nikki stated that she was burned due to a cylinder blast. This statement was recorded in the MLC (Medico-Legal Case) diary. The MLC also mentioned that Nikki's condition was critical and she was advised to be shifted from Fortis Hospital to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. Nikki died on the way.

Doubt Cast on the Cylinder Blast Story

The police investigated Nikki's house but found no evidence of a cylinder blast. There was no explosion at the house, surrounding objects were intact, and neighbors did not hear any sound of an explosion. This made it clear that the story of a cylinder blast might not be true. The police are now trying to ascertain whether Nikki truly made this statement or if she was coerced into saying it.

Funeral and Family's Presence

Nikki's funeral was conducted in Greater Noida on August 22, the day after her death. Surprisingly, both families were present at the funeral. Nikki's father-in-law himself lit the pyre. This raises the question: if Nikki was burned alive and her sister Kanchan was a witness to this incident, why did she remain silent during the funeral?

Kanchan's FIR and New Allegation

A few hours after the funeral, Kanchan reached the police station and filed an FIR. In it, she alleged that Nikki's death was caused by her in-laws by pouring flammable material. She stated that her husband Vipin, mother-in-law Daya, and father-in-law Satbir were present at the time of the incident. This FIR proved to be a turning point in the case.

New Video and CCTV Footage

Another video from the evening of August 21 has surfaced. It shows Vipin standing outside the house at a bakery shop at that time and later crossing the road. This footage is significant because the police are using it to try and determine whether Vipin was inside the house at that time.

Revelation of Old Photographs

The first photograph, which depicted Nikki being beaten, was actually from February, meaning six months prior to the incident. The second photograph showed Nikki descending stairs amidst flames. Along with it is Kanchan's voice, where she says, "Sister, what have you done." The question arises whether Nikki set herself on fire or if her sister's statement was made under duress.

Family and Dowry Background

Nikki and Kanchan are real sisters. Both were married to two brothers. Their father Bhikhari Singh incurred significant expenses for his daughters' weddings. Expensive cars, Bullets, and other valuables were given as dowry. After marriage, both sisters had to endure constant pressure and harassment for dowry at their in-laws' homes. The husbands and mothers-in-law often demanded money and property from them.

Endurance Over the Past Nine Years

Nikki and Kanchan were harassed in the name of dowry for the past nine years. After marriage, they endured their pain themselves so as not to cause distress to their parents. Whatever the circumstances of Nikki's death, it is clear that the greed and dowry demands of her in-laws were a major reason behind it.
