He stated that the party's operations will be conducted under the leadership of state president Prince Raj Paswan and Yashraj Paswan in the future. The command of the party will be entrusted to both young brothers, and under their leadership, the organization will be further strengthened across Bihar.
Party's Command to Young Leaders
Paras announced that the party's future will now be determined under the leadership of state president Prince Raj Paswan and his brother Yashraj Paswan. He stated, "Under the leadership of both brothers, the organization will be strengthened across Bihar. Our party's programs and strategies will be in the hands of these young leaders." The RLJP president also clarified that the objective behind this decision is to inject new energy into the party and bring youth into leadership roles.
Speaking on the party's foundation day, Paras said, "Our party was founded on November 28, 2000. Our elder brother Ramvilas Paswan and younger brother Ramchandra Paswan were present. Today marks 25 years. In these years, we have seen both good and bad days." He also added that in political life, both defeat and victory should be accepted with respect and patience.

Following the RLJP's defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections, Paras stated, "Today, I respect the public's mandate. However, violations of the code of conduct and other irregularities in the election cannot be overlooked." He added that one must have the courage to lose in politics, as both winning and losing are part of the democratic process.
