Public Meeting in Samastipur

Prime Minister Modi addressed a public meeting held at the Dudhpura Helipad Ground in Samastipur. Before the rally, he paid homage at the birthplace of socialist leader and former Bihar Chief Minister Karpoori Thakur. Karpoori Thakur was honored with the Bharat Ratna in 2024. Samastipur is also significant because the BJP has long been attempting to connect with Thakur's socialist legacy. His ancestral village, Karpoori Gram, is located a few kilometers from the rally venue.

Targeting the Opposition Alliance

Prime Minister Modi referred to the misdeeds of 'Jungle Raj' during the RJD rule in Bihar, stating that the public would never forget it. He called the opposition alliance a 'latbandhan' and remarked that its leaders are out on bail. Through the 'NaMo App,' Modi interacted with young BJP workers and urged all NDA allies to remain united in the campaign and highlight the achievements of the NDA government in the state.

During the rally, Prime Minister Modi highlighted that schools, hospitals, and new railway lines are being constructed in Bihar. He stated that work is progressing in every sector of the state, ensuring all-round development. Modi cited examples, explaining that the construction of hospitals and schools has improved healthcare and education, while new railway lines have enhanced connectivity. He emphasized that rapid development has been possible due to a stable government, which is the strength of the NDA administration.

To Participate in 'Run For Unity'

PM Modi appealed to the youth to participate in the 'Run For Unity' organized on October 31st, commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He stated that the youth would play a decisive role in the Bihar Assembly Elections and urged them to go door-to-door, appealing to voters to use their vote wisely. Modi told the party workers that it is crucial to engage first-time voters and educate them about the power of their vote.

Focus on Government Schemes

Prime Prime Minister Modi announced that a new era of women empowerment would begin in Bihar from November 14. He asked BJP workers to compile a list of women who have not yet benefited from the 'Chief Minister Women Employment Scheme.' Additionally, he appealed to all constituent parties of the NDA to disseminate information about government schemes among voters and assist them in availing the benefits of these schemes.

Attacking the Mahagathbandhan

Prime Minister Modi targeted Tejashwi Yadav, the Chief Ministerial face of the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance). He stated that the opposition alliance prioritizes only its self-interest and does not care about the youth of Bihar. Modi alleged that for decades, the youth of Bihar and the country suffered from Maoist terrorism, but the 'latbandhan' exploited it for its electoral gain. He instructed party workers to invite elders at the booth level and convey stories of the past to the youth.
