The wedding is currently postponed.” He further added that the family is prioritizing both their health and well-being, and a new date will be announced only when the time is right.
Palash Muchhal's mother also shared the reason for the wedding postponement. She mentioned that both Palash and Smriti were saddened by the situation, but they are now in good health. She expressed hope that their wedding would take place very soon. Meanwhile, the Indian Women's Cricket Team had also planned a special welcome celebration for Smriti Mandhana and Palash, which will now be organized according to the new wedding date.

After the wedding was postponed, Palash Muchhal's name was linked with some other girls on social media. First, his name was associated with Mary D’Costa, a choreographer.
