Candidates are required to carry a valid identification document and a pen to the examination centre. Entry will not be permitted without an Aadhaar card, voter identity card or any other authorised identification document.
Candidates appearing in the first shift must report to the examination centre between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Candidates in the second shift will be allowed entry between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The gates will be closed after the stipulated time.
Authorities have implemented security measures to ensure a transparent and fair examination process. More than 30,000 CCTV cameras have been installed at examination centres across the state, with monitoring being carried out from control rooms.
Biometric verification systems have also been deployed at all centres to prevent impersonation by unauthorised candidates. Additional police personnel have been stationed around examination venues, and senior officials are conducting regular inspections.
Railway authorities have introduced special train services in response to increased passenger demand during the examination period. The North Eastern Railway is operating special trains between Lucknow and Gorakhpur from June 7 to June 10.
The services are intended to assist candidates travelling from distant districts in reaching their examination centres on time. Railway authorities have also advised candidates to plan their journeys in advance.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a 50 percent concession on fares for candidates travelling on Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation buses to appear for the examination.
The concession is available upon presentation of a valid admit card during travel. The government stated that the measure is intended to reduce travel-related expenses for candidates coming from distant areas and facilitate their journey to examination centres.
Candidates have been advised to arrive at examination centres in advance, carry all required documents and follow the prescribed guidelines to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process.
