Employment Fairs to Be Held at Three Locations in Varanasi from November 3 to 5, 2026
Employment fairs will be organised at three different locations in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, from November 3 to 5, 2026. Around 40 companies are expected to participate each day, offering job opportunities to candidates ranging from Class 10 pass-outs to graduates and postgraduates. Selected candidates may receive monthly salaries ranging from Rs 12,000 to Rs 35,000.
The schedule for the employment fairs in Varanasi has been announced. The Regional Employment Office will organise the recruitment drives across three locations in the district to provide job opportunities to young people from different areas.
The first employment fair will be held on November 3, 2026, at Jagatpur Inter College in Jagatpur, within the Rohaniya Assembly constituency. Candidates can reach the venue from 10 am with their educational documents and resumes.
On November 4, the second employment fair will take place at Credence International School on Ghazipur Road in Umarha Bazar, within the Shivpur Assembly constituency. Representatives of participating companies will interact with candidates and conduct interviews for various positions.
The third and final employment fair will be organised on November 5 at Queens Intermediate College in Lahurabir, Varanasi. The three-day programme will provide candidates with opportunities to attend interviews at different locations across the district.
According to Assistant Director of Employment Mukesh Kumar, around 40 companies are expected to participate in the employment fairs each day. These companies have recruitment requirements for various roles, allowing candidates to interact with company representatives according to their educational qualifications and experience.
The employment fairs will be open to candidates with different educational qualifications. Applicants who have passed high school and intermediate examinations can participate, along with candidates holding graduate and postgraduate degrees, ITI qualifications and diplomas.
Companies will select candidates according to their respective recruitment requirements. While certain positions may require technical qualifications, other roles may be open to candidates with general educational backgrounds.
Representatives from companies including Dixon, Motherson, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vikas Group, Swiggy, ICICI Bank, Flipkart and Krishna Maruti are expected to participate. Recruitment will be conducted for different positions across these organisations.
Selected candidates may receive monthly salaries ranging from Rs 12,000 to Rs 35,000. Salaries will vary depending on the position, educational qualifications, experience and the recruitment conditions of the respective companies.
Employment Fair In-charge Deep Singh said candidates seeking jobs should reach the designated venues at 10 am. Applicants have been asked to bring their resumes when attending the recruitment drives.
Candidates preparing to participate can carry two to three copies of their resumes, along with their Aadhaar cards, Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, other educational certificates and passport-size photographs. Applicants who have completed ITI courses or diploma programmes can also bring their relevant qualification certificates.
